It’s important to remember — no healer, no ceremony, no session can “make” you feel anything. The true power in any healing experience comes from you. From your willingness to show up for yourself, to trust, to surrender, and to open to what your soul is ready for in that moment.

Every person’s experience is beautifully unique because energy can only meet you where you’re at. If it worked the same for everyone, everyone in the circle would have the same exact experience, but that never happens — that’s not how this sacred work was ever meant to be. This shows that every soul is one of a kind and has their own unique energy signature that they are bringing to the session. Which is why even repeating the same session with the same group of people will bring forth a whole new experience every time.

Whether you feel tingles, see visions, or sense nothing at all, rest assured: the healing has happened. The energy is pure intelligence — it knows where to go, how much to give, and what to shift for your highest good, even if it’s beyond your conscious awareness right now. In fact, the deepest healing happens at the subconscious level.

Feeling something is not a testimony of success. Sensation is not the only language of energy.
