I understand that distant Reiki sessions and crystal therapies are forms of energy healings that help balance one’s energy to achieve a state of deep relaxation and stress reduction. I understand that Reiki can complement any medical treatment or psychological care I may be receiving. I clearly understand these services are not substitutes for medical or psychological diagnoses and treatment.
I understand that the practitioner will be remotely sending Reiki to me for the duration of my session(s). I certify that the choice to receive this healing service is of my own free will. I acknowledge that Misty Chatterjee of anuragah.com has made no promises to me as to the outcome of an energy healing session.
I clearly understand that Misty Chatterjee of anuragah.com is not a medical doctor, licensed counselor or medical practitioner and has not represented herself in that manner. It is highly recommended that I see a licensed physician or licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailments I may have.
I understand that Misty Chatterjee of anuragah.com does not diagnose conditions, prescribe substances nor perform medical treatments, nor interfere with the diagnosis or treatment of a licensed medical professional. None of the information, treatments or products on anuragah.com are intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease.
I clearly understand that all content on anuragah.com is for informational or educational purposes only, and does not substitute professional medical advice or consultations with healthcare professionals.
I or my representative(s) agree to fully release and hold harmless Misty Chatterjee of anuragah.com from and against any and all claims or liability of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of or in connection with my session(s).
I understand there are no refunds for any purchases or services, and Misty Chatterjee of anuragah.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

I understand that by following, booking or purchasing anything from this website, I am essentially signing this Release and I am waiving and releasing considerable future legal rights. I verify that I am 18 years of age or older and mentally competent to enter into this waiver. I am agreeing to and signing this release freely and voluntarily, under no duress or threat of duress, without inducement, promise, or guarantee being communicated to me. I acknowledge that by selecting “I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions” on this website, I am verifying that I agree with the abovementioned and it is clearly understood by me.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We do not offer any refunds for any purchases or services. It is strongly suggested you contact hello@anuragah.com for any questions before you make a purchase.
All digital orders are non-refundable due to the nature of the product.
If life happened and you are going to be working or are unable to be in a quiet space during your appointment time, consider that time and space are irrelevant in the quantum field, and you will receive the energy only when you are ready for it, irrespective of when it was being sent to you. Should you still need to reschedule an appointment, please contact Misty at hello@anuragah.com as soon as possible.
If you are unable to attend the class for the days you booked, please contact Misty at hello [!at] anuragah.com as soon as possible to reschedule to a different class.
PAYMENTS
We accept payments through PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is extremely important to us. No information about any client will ever be discussed or shared with any third party without written consent.
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA
