Why i chose this name
Anurāgaḥ (अनुरागः) is the Sanskrit word for higher love, a divine love. There are other meanings associated with it such as attachment, loyalty, devotion, passion and also the color red. I love what it signifies and the feeling it evokes. Anurag was also my brother’s name. I chose this name in his honor. ♡

Usui Holy Fire® III — Reiki I & II
I started my Reiki journey thick in the middle of Covid. I didn’t plan it or analyze it, I woke up one day and, almost overnight, felt an undeniable pull to enroll.
These foundational levels taught me how to work with Universal Life Force energy in a safe, grounded, and effective way. I learned to support self-healing, offer sessions for others, and build a strong understanding of how Reiki moves through the body, mind, and spirit.

Holy Fire® III Reiki I & II and New Earth Reiki
During this class, I received my first attunement to the New Earth symbol — an emerging Reiki lineage that came through my teacher. This initiation expanded my Level II practice, allowing me to work with a fourth Reiki symbol alongside the original three Holy Fire® III symbols.
Since then, my Reiki I & II classes have incorporated all four symbols, further enhancing the energy.

Reiki Master
After Reiki I & II, the knowing was instant and unmistakable — this wasn’t a stopping point. Becoming a Reiki Master was part of my journey.
Stepping into Master-level training expanded everything. This certification deepened my connection with higher-frequency Reiki energies and taught me how to hold space for deeper transformation — for individuals, groups, and collective healing. This level strengthened my ability to lead, teach, and support others on their personal healing paths.

Karuna Reiki Master
Karuna Reiki didn’t feel like something new. It felt like a heart expansion, layering new symbols and frequencies onto what I had already been channeling for a year.
Rooted in karuna, the Sanskrit word for compassion, it brought a deeper heart-centered quality to my Reiki work.

Animal Reiki I & II
My introduction to Animal Reiki was guided by my dog, Sophie. She stayed with me throughout the placements and ignitions.
She would choose to be present during many of my Reiki sessions, quietly adding her presence and steady, loving energy to the work.

Reiki I & II – revisited
Retook the foundational Reiki Level I & II training, allowing myself to receive the same attunements once again. Each time, I experience it differently, as it meets me at new layers and at a different phase of my own awakening, and it is an entirely new experience with every class.
I feel deeply grateful to be able to repeat subsequent classes as often as I am called, and I pass this gift forward on to my students as well for continued immersion and deepening of their healing journey.

Reiki Master – revisited
I have returned to the same trainings more than once, this time with New Earth Reiki energies incorporated as well. Each time I have received upgraded energetic frequencies and placements as and when I heard the call to go deeper.
Reiki itself is a living practice, evolving as the needs of humanity shift and expand. With every repetition, the teachings revealed themselves in new ways, offering a fresh level of healing, clarity, and understanding that could only come through with time and embodiment.

Akashic Records Level I
The day I discovered the existence of the Akashic Records, it called to me like I had always been there. It was such a remembering and a feeling of going home.
I like going about everything the right way, and even though I was already accessing my own records, I decided to receive formal training to make sure I provide the best possible version of my offerings. I currently read only for myself, but absolutely plan to extend this offering for others when I am called to do so.

Animal Reiki Master
Completing Animal Reiki Master filled in the missing healing frequencies and brought a profound remembering that we are, and have always been, part of the Divine Animal Kingdom. There is no separation. There never was.

Sacred Anatomy
This class deepened my understanding of the subtle anatomy beyond the physical body, bringing clarity to how Prana moves, gathers, and expresses itself through the energetic layers of our being.
Through the study of the Atman, chakras, nadis, marma points, koshas, and Kundalini, alongside guided meditations, yogic breathing techniques, and activation practices, I strengthened my ability to work with energy in a more conscious, informed, and integrated way. The teachings refined how I perceive and channel Prana (energy), enhancing both my personal practice and the depth of healing I offer.

New Earth Reiki Master – revisited
Revisiting Reiki Master training with a new group of students always brings in a completely different energetic field. Each group carries its own rhythm, questions, and collective intention, and that collective energy shapes the experience for everyone involved. What unfolds is never random, it meets each participant exactly where they are in that moment.

Next Step Reiki 2022 – 2024
This 3-year immersion elevated my Reiki and healing work through advanced techniques of Reiki journeying, automatic writing and integrating all my prior training and knowledge. Beyond technique, it cultivated a deep, embodied confidence in my ability to hold space and trust the unfolding of each session.
It also helped expand and refine my intuitive faculties, my clair senses —clairvoyance, claircognizance, clairsentience, and beyond, enhancing my ability to receive insight, feel subtle shifts, and respond with attuned guidance in a way that feels grounded and trustworthy.

New Earth Reiki Master – revisited
Another redo with new faces, huge energetic upgrades, revisiting the New Earth symbols and so much more.
Being part of a new cohort allows the teachings and attunements to land in ways they couldn’t before. The collective field supports individual healing, often revealing insights, activations, or clarity that arise specifically because of the shared experience. In this way, the group becomes a mirror and a catalyst, helping each person receive exactly what they need while contributing to the growth of the whole.

My little corner for meditation and my Reiki sessions. It does not need to be elaborate.
Creating a quiet and safe space where you can go whenever you need some grounding, is a quick and easy way to change your energy from low vibrations of anger and stress, to immediate positivity and relaxation.
I have my singing bowl to clear the space, journal to automatic write any messages channeled, crystals I feel called to use and the World Peace Reiki grid to send continuous Reiki way beyond the session.
